Crown Anchor English Pub - New Orleans

I like to ride the ferry across, have a couple of drinks here, get a to go cup, and ride back at sunset. It's cool to approach the city from the river and see it like many saw it for the first time for a couple of hundred years.The Crown and Anchor itself is a beloved landmark. It's an olde English style pub, with a friendly staff and cool patrons. Highly recommended! Ask one of their excellent bartender for a nice Pimms Cup, you won't be disappointed, by the friendly service or quality tasty beverages.

Great local hangout. Very dog friendly! Great drinks at good prices. They show all games (including early morning soccer matches), and They have awesome pop-up food vendors every week.

What a unique and cool dive bar! Really makes you feel like you are stepping back 30 years in the bar scene. The bartender was extremely nice and told us a lot about the local history. They had good beers and even craft cocktails

This is our favorite place to hang out. We truly appreciate the friendly atmosphere created by both the staff and the patrons! We love experiencing the various pop-up events and watching games here. It's been the perfect spot for celebrating many special occasions.
