Burger King - New Orleans

I arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 10:32 a.m. proceed to order with my coupon which was a snack box which included a cheeseburger, eight piece nuggets, fries and drink. The gentleman that came on the speaker said they were not ready without asking me my order. He said you must come back, because we are not ready. I'm like no it's after 10:30 you should be ready for lunch. He stated it again, well you have to come back I'm not ready. Okay fine drives up to the window and look into the store and he is leaning on the drive thru sandwich board on his phone plugged into the wall socket there. Then a young lady comes to the window I asked her what was his name because he says it was Kevin Garner and she said oh no that's not Kevin so now they're playing games still yet it no order and he is saying we are not ready you have to come back well by now it's 10:40 and I'm sitting on the timer waiting patiently right then he said what you want me to do which part you didn't understand you got to come back. It wasn't that busy if I'm still on the timer at this time sitting there waiting for somebody to say can I take your order or we're ready take your order. This young man with the blue shirt on open the windows and tells me at this point I have to go around because he cannot take my order at the window at this time 10 45 I just decided to pull off the lot and go next door to McDonald's. Basically I was refused service, so I did not have it my way.

The burger, bun, fries drink were well prepared. I could eat another combo today.

Four employees were sitting at a table and there were about eight people dining inside. It?s a little before 3pm on a Tuesday. Drive thru had cars in it. As I approached the door, it was locked. Everyone turned and looked at me, including the employees. I figured I should go around and use the other door. That one was locked too. One of the employees filmed me and then he felt bad and started to walk towards me to unlock the door. Then another employee stopped him. The part that bothers me is that the people that worked there avoided eye contact like I was the plaque. Like, just tell me to go through the drive thru instead of filming me and avoiding me simultaneously. But, what do you expect only children work at fast food restaurants.

Food is ok but portion is way small and overpriced. I wont visit a BK again ever. Wendy's is better and priced lower. If I want a fast burger at a fair cost its FIVE GUYS or I cook at home !

Google Maps and outside signs say it closes at 2 AM, but at 1:20AM they started cleaning and ignored us in the drive through.
