Blaze Pizza Freret St - New Orleans

Not only Blaze say their crust is vegan, they notice especially with unbleached flour, which is a lot of places that do not offer vegan pizza or even realize is a concern. They have a gluten-free crust that is vegan, and they offer soy-free vegan cheese and many vegetables to use.

I love the build your own concept, AND it's actually good pizza too! Normally you get 1 or the other.

I Never knew such a place existed! Now that I know I'm not going to be able to get it out of my head!

Quick lunch today so I stopped into Blaze Pizza. Quick and friendly and also delicious. GF crust and choose my own toppings. In and out in about 12 minutes. Was delicious
