Birdy's Behind The Bower - New Orleans

Everything was so good! We're coming back. very impressed by eating, drinks and decor. it's so sweet!

We had 1 o'clock reservation, so it wasn't that busy. we waited for the hostage for over 5min before someone approached. it would have been nice that all the employees would say something to us. we waited at least 10 minutes before a server came to the table. my friend eating was gland missing salt. my salad was rubbed in the dressur, couldn't even finish it. the avocado toast was good, but I was starving. overall, the staff must have more attention to the guests. I work in the service industry and help wherever I can, and we do not allow a gast to be ignored.

We visited twice during our stay in nola. most foods were excellent! the small complaint was immediately visited. service was great! a little wait, but the branches were attentive and friendly! we loved it and will definitely come back. great atmosphere and charming furniture. beautiful terrace!

A so sweet brunch spot, which is fucked away on magazine, we are back in definitiw. the brunch board was perfect to divide between 2 people and drinks were top notch.

This is the second time I have been at this restaurant. Both times I have found that the workers were quite rude. I am not needy, I’m polite and do not demand service. I felt rushed and that I was an inconvenience for them to be there. I made a reservation for 2:15 and they basically were rushing me and my friends saying they close at 3. I don’t understand that since you can make a reservation for 2:45. The server was not attentive. The food came out cold.. Bacon. Cold. Pancakes. Cold. Eggs. Cold. Chicken. Cold. Ordered mimosas and was told “We close at 3”. I would also like to note that many places in NOLA do require reservations but you are able to wait. There was another time I tried to go and was made out like I was the dumb one because “you didn’t know you need a reservation in New Orleans?”. I don’t mind waiting. The way I was talked down to made me feel uncomfortable and I felt bad for walking into the establishment without a reservation. However, with all the hype, I wanted to try again. With that said the vibe is trendy and it’s very cute inside. However, I wouldn’t go back again.
