Betsy's Pancake House - New Orleans

I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and the food is delicious.

Before leaving I mentioned to mgr, that although waitress placed order correct, eggs over easy and lever were no where near my request. As I prefer to dip toast in yolk. Liver I felt was cooked like a steak. Hopefully cook reviews these areas of his craft. Puzzling

After ordering, we waited 30 minutes only to receive incomplete meals. I was served grits that I hadn't ordered, and there was no apology for the mix-up. The eggs were cold and had a slice of unmelted cheese on top, while my toast was not only cold but also hard and unbuttered. Throughout our meal, Stacy never checked in to see if we needed anything else, making it feel like she was annoyed to serve us. Owner, if you happen to read this, please consider addressing the behavior of both the waitress and the cook, as a strong reputation is crucial for a thriving business. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning here again! (No tip) And please, let’s put an end to any racially insensitive practices!
