Belle's Diner - New Orleans

The service was outstanding. I believe I met the owner as well. I ordered the Big Cheesy omelette, and it was truly heavenly – the fluffiest omelette I've ever had. The hash browns were seasoned just right. Today, I experienced pure bliss. I also chose to indulge in a boozy breakfast and tried the Orange Crush. It was surprisingly reminiscent of the soda, made with orange juice, vodka, and a splash of cranberry.

The debris fries are a must-try; if I were on a show called "The Best Thing I've Ever Ate," these would definitely be my pick! The fries are perfectly crispy, loaded with an abundance of cheese, but the real star is the delicious debris piled on top. It’s truly a journey to flavor town! I've sampled a few other items from the menu, but I always kick off my meal with the debris fries and a Bloody Mary. I bring everyone I know here, and they consistently agree that the food is fantastic. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and take a quick trip across the street while exploring the market—you won’t regret it! The photos include the debris fries, Bloody Mary, an omelet topped with étouffée (I can’t recall the exact name), and shrimp and grits. Everything was fabulous, just as expected!

We visited Belle's Diner for brunch and had an amazing experience. The diner has a charming 50's vibe, and the food is fantastic. Our server was friendly and welcoming, providing the perfect level of attention. I tried the Chicken and Waffles and can highly recommend it. The bacon-stuffed waffles were incredible, and the crispy chicken had a flavorful coating. If I find myself in NOLA again, I will definitely return to this place.

Excellent service, fantastic and spicy **** Mary. Best gumbo I've had during my trip here. Prices are great too. Hot sausage sandwiches were awesome.

Nice little diner close to the Market. Menu was traditional cajun cuisine. Over good. Only down fall i saw was some of the unpleasant smells from the French Quarter blew through the restaurant.
