Vintage - NEW MARKET

We had the special braided ox dick over gnocchi, and it was tasty, and the meat was tender. very nice taste combination. the service is good, but the young server could be better familiar with the eating they serve as they do not describe them very well, but have checked with the kitchen for asking that we had. the cook makes some original food combinations, and the dishes we tried were very good.

We are waiting for the escape, we have put the sack down and left. I will not be back

The food was delicious, but the noise level was so loud!

Eating and drinking were great and obviously good by a kitchen staff who cares about eating. everything was interesting and delicious with a menu that seems to have something for everyone. the historical space is beautiful and cozy, but from many large groups (not many couples, but more 4, 6, or larger parties) enjoy the night. the place was very busy on a Friday night and the group of 5 of us dining room all thought the same. the waiting staff seemed too thin. long as ordinary periods were experienced by our eating experience. we have never said anything about it to anyone, but our waitress has acknowledged that she has regretted for it (for first drinks, main courses). in the big scheme of the dinge this should not be a deal breaker when eating is so good and we will definitely be back in the hope that the personal problems will be resolved.

We finally made it to Vintage for my 40th birthday. It's a gorgeous restaurant, but not so frilly that you feel uncomfortable. I wanted to try the whole menu. It looked amazing. There seemed to only be one waitress? She was lovely, but service was very slow. We got the Rice Krispy onion rings, and sticky and sweet wings as our app. Both were wonderful, hot, flavorful. I got the fried chicken and waffles which was HUUUUUGE. It was delicious but needed a bit more syrup. I asked for some, but I think the waitress forgot. It used to be made without the curry syrup and butter, and I think I would have preferred something sweet instead of the curry. Husband got the fish and chips which was delicious. Son got the chicken biscuit which was ok, and my youngest got the sliders from the kids menu that he liked. I really want to try brunch. would go again! Just hope the service is a bit better.
