Dunkin' - New London

Never been to a Dunks that I wanted to have a second try. We end up at these hell holes of blandness and bad texture out of desperation. I gotta be caffeinated.I will change my review of #Dunkin #DunkinDonuts for the remittance, to me, from #DunkinDonuts one of those DunKings track suits.

Waited in line over 15 minutes and when others were served I still waited for help 4 minutes. Ridiculous and you needed a key for the bathroom which was disgusting. I'LL NEVER go here to this Dunkin again.Parking: Very hard to park in spaces there or get out of.

They constantly have the worst service by far of any DD in the area. Even ordering ahead you often wait. Orders sit on the counter instead of being put in the order ahead slots. I ordered Boxes of Joe and 3 dozen donuts two weeks ahead for an event and arrived to pick them up and they were not ready. They said no one looked at the board for orders to be done that day.

Was here recently for the first time at this location, everything was as ordered and I got compliments from the kind staff about my green hair which is always appreciated. It was just a nice interaction and we had no issues with our food or drinks.

Coffee was Disgusting taste Burend And for me as a customer. I really think it was done on revenge will never order from dunking donuts on broad st again at this time poor
