Wendy's - New Kensington

The service is quick, and my food orders are usually accurate, which makes for a great experience for my lunchtime meal.

But do you know what the manager did? He handled it with grace, and we ended up sharing a laugh. It really stood out to me that if you choose to work with the public, especially without being aware of people's mental health challenges, you should hold yourself to a higher standard. This manager exemplified that notion perfectly, even if he didn’t realize it. Also, the girl at the front counter had beautiful eyes, which added to the positive experience. Overall, I just want to say that you always do an amazing job!

The drive-thru is always very busy on weekends, but the staff is efficient and friendly, and they typically get my order correct. However, they often forget to include the sauces for the kids' chicken nuggets. During the daytime, the seating is also better than that of the nearby McDonald's.

Great restaurant. 2 times I tried to get a baconator, first time ibget only a bacon cheeseburger, 2 times I tried to get a baconator I got one, but it had literally 1 strip becon, in the half broken and that was it, no exaggeration. the waiting times also terrible, they save the time they find other wndys to goto

We met wendy with our grandchildren. they were made of fertile and regular koks. the hamburgers were dry and very small. we are not going back. how are they running out of the air? riesenadler is on the other side! should have been there and should have bought kartoffeln.
