Subway - New Kensington

I absolutely adore the new renovations in the restaurant! I recently used the new vouchers and they were running low on bread - which indicates how popular they must be! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience.

I waited for about 45 minutes and was disappointed to find that the Subway sandwiches did not taste like they usually do. The salad and cucumbers were brown, and the spinach was wilted. None of the ingredients tasted fresh, and I ended up throwing the food in the trash. I am concerned about getting sick or food poisoning from this meal. The pickles were also tough to chew. It seems like this restaurant needs new management or should consider shutting down.

Today (4/22), I sent my friend to Subway to pick up a sandwich for me around 4:30-5pm. As I enjoyed the sandwich, I couldn't help but compliment how well it was made and every bite was delicious. My friend mentioned that a young boy with glasses had made it, and he was extremely nice and polite. I feel that Subway should give him a raise and ensure his protection at all costs.

Love the remodel! new coupons came out and they were almost out of broth! I can't imagine how busy they were. very beautiful and courteous. thank you!

Low customer service. I stood there for 15 minutes, while two employees never said a word to me or have commanded me, they simply ignored me and went over her business as if I wasn't there. I went and went to another subway. I will never go back to this place
