Little Caesars Pizza - New Kensington

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was incredibly unprofessional. I placed an order for a pizza online and paid for it, but when I arrived, they claimed they had no record of my order. I even showed them the mobile app as proof, but they refused to help me. Instead, they told me to leave and not come back. I ended up with no pizza at all. I had just used a T-Mobile deal for this order.

I tried calling this restaurant six times in two days during the week, but they never picked up the phone. One of my customers mentioned that they are still in business, but it's hard to confirm that.

I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. They canceled my order without any communication, and I only found out when I was expecting my food. Now I’m waiting for a refund and likely won’t be ordering from them again. A simple email or text would have been appreciated.

I ordered 3 pizzas, and 2 types of bread sticks?. They gave me 2 pizzas and 2 bread sticks 1 of the pizza was wrong, my third pizza was hidden in the back of a box and they gave me wings I didn't order. accused the wrong order for me instead of taking responsibility for it. I was ignored when I came back to correct the order.

When I went there to get a quick good pizza. It was closed. People inside. No note on the door saying it was closed explaining the closer. When I called no one answered. Then when my daughter called. They hung up. No hello etc. Just hung up. This is utterly disgusting and unprofessional. No consideration for the customers.
