Kfc - New Kensington

Much better than wait a few months ago is not too long and they have more I have more items available now

The only issue with this place is its unconventional drive-thru setup. When it's busy, maneuvering in the parking lot can be challenging. Otherwise, the food is typical fast-food chicken.

The service was lacking. My order confirmation didn't include any butter packs, which was quite disappointing, especially since I live 35 minutes away. It's a small issue, but it’s frustrating when my request was confirmed.

I received a large amount of food, and to my surprise, everything was prepared incredibly quickly. Each dish was cooked thoroughly. The person who came to my car was very friendly and cheerful, and I really appreciated that. Thank you so much for the great experience!
