Arby's - New Kensington

I appreciate the customer service here just as much as I enjoy the food. However, I was very disappointed with the service I received. The behavior of the staff was truly appalling, inappropriate, and unacceptable in today's society. I have been to many places where the service was subpar, but this was by far the worst experience I have had with rude and unprofessional employees.

The restaurant offers tasty food, friendly staff, and has a generally pleasant atmosphere. However, the men's bathroom was missing some amenities and the dining room seemed a bit neglected. It is an older Arby's location, which is evident, but overall it is still a good dining option.

I don't frequent Arby's often because their menu doesn't really appeal to me, but every now and then I crave their tender and curly fries (mostly just as an excuse to order the Bronco Berry sauce.) I wish they sold the sauce in stores so I could enjoy it on everything - from burritos to burgers to fries to taquitos. The staff at Arby's is always friendly and accommodating, with a special shoutout to Carin who went above and beyond to make sure I had my Bronco Berry sauce tonight. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Terrible service of the manager of all people. they would think that a man is the person to go, but no. so disappointed it is disgusting. very rude and very hastened from no ground. there was no one behind me and I can't even take my time. one of the most rude encounters I had with a worker. that says a lot. will take my service to another restaurant. it's her job. I was treated like a bad one. I give my money to this restaurant and that's what I get. do their job they are paid. the first time I've ever been treated like that.

I really don't know if it's understated or not, but it's very slow, but when it comes to arby's, but wait is always worth it. 5/5
