Wendy's - New Iberia

The people are good there see them in the morning cleaning the parking and getting ready for the day. They could offer jelly with the breakfast when picking it up. Would love to know your score from the health department on your food and ur building to let mgr know their doing a great job. And one day I can eat on the inside to really enjoy your customer service and see the crew in action and see the cleaners of ur building

I have ordered sour cream and chives potatoes on 2 different occasions to get to work and no sour cream or chives no straw for my drink...when I asked for sour cream, it was like I was an inconvenience even thought there were No other customers!! Ver dissatisfied!!!!

People standing around on cellphones and they are visiting amongst each other while 5 of us customers waiting to be taking our orders! Manger did nothing but walk past us with a broom he was carrying..I was mad took 28mins for the order of a plain son of a baconator to be handed to me without a bag!!! I won't ever be returning to this one EVER!

They’ve really nailed the burgers, but if only they could serve the fries fresh and hot!
