The GUMBO .. On cold winter days or if I don't feel so great.... I always call for chicken and sausage gums. You can simply not beat her rubber bears like my grandmother makes it with the old fashion roux taste. C'est bon! You get rice on the side, hearty size chicken breast, potato salad/bun ...under $10. A calm, pleasant, family-oriented restaurant, Ton’s has served locally sourced food (from meat butchered across the street to vegetables grown in the owner’s own garden) for decades. It’s a third-generation family-owned- -operated small business with a small-town vibe kind service to compliment its warm comfort-food.
