Sonic Drive-in - New Iberia

Everything we ordered was good, except for my pickle sandwich, which was advertised as having pickles but was missing them.

The service at this restaurant was slow. I ordered three small shakes, but one of them had a hole in the cup, causing it to spill out. When they brought me a replacement 15 minutes later, it also had a hole in it. Very disappointing experience.

I arrived at this restaurant 15 minutes before opening when they turned on their lights. I was able to order right away (although I had to wait up to 6 minutes to order their app for half-price drinks), but I appreciated the gesture. Every time I have been here, my order has been correct and the extra sauce I requested was always included in the bag. Excellent service all around.

I have previously worked in new iberia, louisiana and just a head up, make them all their food without gloves and they never clean up any of the beverage machines.

Always great food at a great price..pretty fast with the orders and the car hops are always pleasant
