Sonic Drive-in - New Iberia

I was disappointed with both burgers being made incorrectly and being charged for a drink I didn't order. I have no intention of returning to this Sonic location.

My chocolate shake had a thick layer of chocolate on the outside of the cup and was not properly mixed. I had to ask for extra napkins because they served me the cup covered in chocolate and ice cream. My burger bun was hard like a rock, indicating it was likely old. The Snickers milkshake I ordered came without a straw and a flat lid, so I only realized this after opening it.

I have been trying to try their famous ice for two months now. Every time I ask, they claim the machine is broken. It really does seem to be broken, as the drinks come with different types of ice. However, I really enjoy their nugget ice. They should fix the machine soon.

Waited 30 min moved to a different stall thinking the button was broken…nope! Sat there watching the workers cut up inside. Never did get waited on. Saw a lot of other cars drive off also without getting anything. 3-12-22 8:30 pm

The absolute WORST Sonic to go to. Slow, food is always wrong, service is RUDE, and when you say something you get nothing but ATTITUDE. Establishment and employees are so ghetto. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
