Smoothie King - New Iberia

I was in and out of there in like 3 minutes! The team was friendly and my smoothie was delicious!

OMG, WORST location. Seriously a problem for EVERY visit. If it’s not the service, it’s the drinks. Frequently have to go back because smoothies always taste like water, and don’t ask for the manager’s number because they “never” have it if they feel they’re about to be reported, but ironically have it for every other occasion. Workers are very ghetto and rude, they’ll literally fuss and yell at you like a child, as if you’ve done something wrong. I’ve had times that I’ve placed online orders in the afternoon (they open around 7AM mind you) and it hasn’t even been started on because the workers are JUST arriving (don’t ask why, because they’ll get snappy with you). Workers wearing shorts so short that they have to keep pulling them down, then handling your food with the same unwashed hands. I can’t tell you how many times the manager has apologized. This last visit, I arrive 15 minutes before closing and was told I couldn’t get my smoothie because they’ve decided to close up early. I’ve visited many locations in both Louisiana Texas, this is the ONLY location that I’ve ever had an issue with, who knew the problems would be continuous. I keep returning because it’s close by, but I’ll gladly drive further for the Broussard location. Instead of replacing the employees, replace the manager and whoever keeps hiring these people.

I only order a 32oz Banana Boat with EXTRA protein every time I'm at Smoothie King. When I ordered, I could not understand anything the girl was saying bc she was mumbling and really had no energy to be at work. (maybe she should try some of their own products) My receipt says her name was Gail. I have never had a smoothie so weak. It tastes like ice and a banana. For $8 and something (Friday special) it was a total waste of my money. I tried to call the store back and there was no answer. Very disappointed.

I ordered 2 different drinks and they only charged me one because she got my order wrong. I waited at the window for 15 minutes waiting for them to make my order. I did get my second drink free because of my wait and them messing up my order.

Coffee hulk extra protein and extra energy big as u make it. Like 14 15 bucks for one... but somethings really shouldn't have a price tag, I don't even feel a little guilty because that's good af
