La Pizza Mia - New Iberia

Employee who brought my order to my car was extremely rude after I told him I had coupons for my kids that they got from the book it program at school. He was upset that he had to go inside to recalculate my order even though he was going to have to go back inside to run my card anyway as well as get my soda and cheese shaker that he did not bring with my pizza. He returned with my card and receipt and not my soda. He came back with my soda and a pepper shaker. I got down to return the pepper shaker and get the cheese shaker that I paid for. When I walked in he greeted me by saying what? Very rudely and another associate in the store helped me instead.

I never received my order. In fact, for an hour and a half I waited for my order. No one from the store ever contacted me to let me know there was no delivery driver and I would never get it delivered. I called twice and the person answering the phone hung up on me. I called again and the manager was rude. I will never order pizza hut again after that experience.

My pizza was late and very cold. Get more drivers,accommodate for being late

Went picks up a pizza for my daughter to eat on his birthday. It only took about 15 minutes to get it to me. I'd go back.

My pizza was delivered on time and my order was correct. Although I did not ask for contact, it rained when the delivery arrived, so the driver waited until I came to the door instead of leaving the pizza outside the door.
