El Paso Mexican Grill - New Iberia

Despite the absence of horchata, the food was decent, though not extraordinary. However, the service was disappointing; it took 10 minutes and a trip to the waitress station to finally get the check, which was frustrating as I had to help an ailing date leave. I would still recommend it if you have the time to spare.

It was merely average. We chose this place because our usual Mexican restaurant is closed on Sundays. Honestly, I think I would have preferred Taco Bell, considering the quality of the food and the prices here. If I’m going to pay those kinds of prices, I expect a better quality meal.

I attended a birthday party at this restaurant, and I had a wonderful experience. Asia and our other server were fantastic! We never had to wait long for drinks, and they both had such positive attitudes. Thank you for making the day so special!

Ordered from here last night, my husband had plenty of onions and bell peppers but man they dropped the ball on putting enough meat in any of our food. If we were eating at the restaurant i would have returned or asked for more meat. Probably won?t orderfrom here again.

We recently went on a camping trip and after setting up our campsite, we decided to grab a bite to eat at El Paso. We visited on July 12, 2021, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The food was absolutely delicious! Our server, Alyiah, was attentive and offered excellent suggestions. She even consulted the manager, Theny, who shared his recommendations with us. My partner, Keith, enjoys spicy food, and Theny suggested the "Garnelen la Diabla" with an added habanero. It had just the right amount of heat! Everything was flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The salsa was excellent, and the chips were served warm and thin. Overall, this stop in New Iberia was definitely worth it!
