Burger King - New Iberia

I received the incorrect order and the food was cold. The fries were unpleasant.

I ordered something at the restaurant but they did not have it available after I had already paid. I asked for a refund. When they gave me a large cup, I requested a refund and placed the cup back on the counter. I took the cup with me to the soda machine to fill it up, but the woman behind the counter took the cup from me and put it back to be used again. I had to inform them that it was a used cup and that it was unsanitary. Only then did they remove the cup from the stack of cups to be used. I shudder to think what would have happened if I hadn't said anything - it could have been a serious health and safety violation.

They need to hire new people or bring the old one's back. They got my order wrong 3 times! Egg and cheese biscuit isn't a hard order but they kept putting ham on it! And claimed they had no biscuits 3 times! And this time they gave me a hard biscuit that was cold! How can a biscuit you just made be ice cold and hard as a rock!

Says they are open but the website says closed, no breakfast items on the menu.

I will always get my lunch and my families eat there cuz it really feeds the appetite we have.
