Earl's New American - New Hope

The food was very unappetizing not enough sauces, condiments, flavorings, etc. Also the sides were puny. It was all just plain and unappealing We miss the old Earl's where you could always count on excellent food and fantastic service

Chris, our waitress, was a fantastic server and made my fiancé’s and mine night enjoying and easygoing. The oysters and bisque were delicious. The lobster dumplings, we both thought were just okay and could use more lobster meat or even crab as a filler as they tasted to us like normal pot stickers. The arugula with the glaze dressing was a nice touch though. We topped off by splitting a ny strip steak that was just a little undercooked for our taste which is why we’re giving all categories a except for the food

We had lunch outside and the bees and flies were overwhelming. I strongly recommend that you eat inside

The host welcoming us was friendly and professional. We were seated and was quickly approached by our server. He was very personable and knowledgeable of the menu. He took our drink order come back within minutes with our drinks and then took our food order. He made some suggestions. Our food came out reasonably fast and it was presented beautifully. I ordered short ribs and my wife ordered a fillet. It was perfect and tasty. Our server came back several times to check on us. It was a very pleasant experience and we were there to celebrate our anniversary. I highly recommend this restaurant. The chef needs to be recognized for the plate presentation very well done

The food was delicious but after taking a long time to get out food the orders were mixed up. We were told we would be compensated and though they took off one of the entrees they double charged us for another. The drinks were very good wish we could rate them excellent
