Schwarz Supper Club - New Holstein

This was our first experience at a true supper club and we were very impressed. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I also appreciated the idea of having guests place their dinner orders while waiting for a table, which helped speed up the table turnover.

This restaurant is truly a gem, receiving a 5-star rating for its unique customs. I ordered the perch dinner and it was absolutely delicious. My friends opted for the prime rib, which I also sampled and found to be perfectly cooked and tender. One interesting quirk was that when I ordered a brandy old fashioned, it wasn't muddled as I expected, but still tasted great. Upon entering, patrons are directed to the bar to place their orders before being seated, which I found a bit odd but not a major inconvenience. Another surprise was that our salads were already waiting for us at the table when we sat down, which was a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone in the New Holstein area.

There is no way you can't award this place with 5 stars. Everything was absolutely perfect. The prime rib is a truly generous portion fit for a king. The waitresses and bartenders are fantastic.

Schwarz's is one of the best supper club experiences I've had in Wisconsin. The wait staff is friendly, the food is delicious and speedy. I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking for an elevated supper club. P.S. they add a little humor by calling namesover the P.A. if you want to give an alias. @dietproof

Wonderful experience. It was not terribly busy. Once we ordered, they called us to our table within 15 minutes. When we got to the table, our salads were already on the table waiting for us. Our main course arrived within 10 minutes of being seated. Greatatmosphere and the food was outstanding. I will definitely go back.
