Sabor Peru - New Haven

The service was outstanding and the food was delicious! The waitresses were attentive and very friendly. We even had the chance to speak with the owner after our meal, who clearly values both his customers and his staff. The food was fresh and had a great variety of options on the menu. It's a welcome addition to have a quality Peruvian restaurant in the area, and I will definitely be back!

We have eaten at this restaurant twice and the friendly staff and delicious menu keep us coming back. Although the parking can be challenging, it is worth it once you step inside and enjoy the mussels, clams, shrimp, and more.

I really like the ambiance of this restaurant, everyone is very friendly. The food is decent overall, but I have been to better Peruvian restaurants. Nevertheless, I had a good time dining here with my family.

Delicious just like being back in Peru! Generous portions, just like any home cooked meal at a friend's or family house. Great cooking, authentic as can be. Very friendly staff. Wish I had a place like this near where I live!

The food was fresh and it was very well seasoned. My ceviche had a fresh flavor and it was very good even tho it was made from tilapia fish. The Lomo was good, and the combinado de Seco con beans was superb. The service was super friendly.
