Great place, staff, and the food was amazing!! If you like New Haven this place is a must stop just for the history and beautiful architecture

I love this restaurant! The name comes from the river ROIA that runs between France and Italy. The style of the food is based from this area. The food is delightful and beautifully plated. The staff is very knowledgeable about the food and wine and knew exactly what would work well with our meal. After our meal, the Chef who is also the owner came to our table to ask how our meal was. Now that is 1st class. Eat at ROIA and you won't be disappointed!

Fabulous Food, Excellent Service. Coming from Australia not quite familiar with the local food service style I wasn't sure. However our waitress was patient in explaining the menu to us made excellent suggestions. Extremely impressed highly recommend this restaurant.

This was my first time dinning at ROÌA. The food was exceptional. The wait staff attentive and the owner/chef very active in his business and making sure his guests are enjoying their visit. The atmosphere is stunning and adds to the experience. Will be returning to ROĪA and recommending this eatery to friends.
