Next Door - New Haven

We love Next Door! My family has used the green pizza truck for all our big parties and now we have their Humphrey St location to enjoy I had my daughters baby shower at Next Door and it was absolutely perfect! Becca and Everyone there is so accommodating and went above and beyond to make the day special. The atmosphere is so chill and decor is awesome. I highly recommend not only to go there for pizza but host your next event there you won't be sorry.

Caesar salad was terrific. Pizza even better. Pepe’s and Modern watch out. This place is fantastic. Ate in the front bar area which was very nice. Main dining room feels a bit ‘empty’. Back bar area seems ok. Eat in front. Our server who was also the bartender was right on top of things. Will definitely go there again. Also, many Uber Eats drivers picking up so word is out this pizza is exceptional. And, prices are very reasonable and you don’t feel like you’re in just a pizza joint. Plenty of other dinners on the menu.

Plusses: fun Trivia night good mixed drinks caesar salad is yummy gluten free (decent and not sweet)mehs mashed potato pizza doesn't work crust was a little limp (didn't have a chew) Sallys and Pepes is still the one to beat staff can be a little surly when it's busy

Not only is this the best place to get pizza in New Haven, I’ve had the pleasure of throwing a few parties here in the back area of the restaurant. They were amazing from service to food ! Everything was perfect, they were accommodating and very well prepared for us! I will be back again soon as usual

Had a local recommended this place and it did not disappoint! I was glad to avoid the line at Pepe and head to Next Door. The pizza was thin, crispy, and tasty. Probably in the top 3 for places in New Haven. Definitely a spot for anyone wanting to avoid lines and experience a good pie
