The most unique sushi experience I have ever had. Infused sakis, Jonah crab, jellyfish sushi, the most amazing rolls, coconut banana mochi desert....words can't begin to describe how phenomenal everything was. All repurposed furnishings, mason jar drinking vessels, crayons to color the menus, and one of the most personable servers I have ever had.
One of the best and most exciting meals I have ever had. Ready for the future.
Food was beyond amazing. I love sushi but the modern twist on all the rolls and appetizers were a pleasant treat. Samples of food was another pleasant surprise from the owner and waitress. Mugwort sushi balls were a lucid delight on the taste buds. And let's be honest... Maple Ginger is the best invention since man first crushed grapes! Can't wait to come back for more!
What a great place. I love what they are doing here. We should all eat like this more often.
