The customer service I received at this franchise was absolutely the best I've had in a long time. The woman who took my order was incredibly patient.
NO ICE CREAM!! I went to 5 different McDonald's around midnight and NONE of them had any ice cream. It's summertime! I should b able to get ice cream anywhere that is open 24hrs.
Apple pie dried out. I bought the apple pie at 3:30. The time on the box said 2:13. Fries were cold. I will never go back to that MCDONALD'S. Just nasty.
They claimed their ice machine was down, but it was actually working. It was a terrible experience, and the staff's attitude was disappointing!
