The best “Rosca de Reyes”, nice and small bakery in New Haven. Location is a bit tricky for street parking. Small place for delicious take out Mexican/Latin bread.

Terrible service, the people in the front were extremely rude. Really disappointed.
Great panaderia, much better than anyone I visited when I lived in arizona. la tapatia means woman from guadalajara, and it turns out that guadalajara is known as a foodie spot. This small bakery has a lot of huge bakery varieties that reflect the variety of Mexican bakeries, including their French influences. for $8.50 I came to home with four gigantic bucks, including bigote con crema, broca with chocolate and cocosnus, and something similar to ricotta cake. this morning they had in every case bisquets, besos, abanicos, a rosin sweet bread, cubiletes, the usual muffins and conchas, and much more that does not remain in my memory, but looked promising. Tras are not labeled, so I just picked what looked most fascinating than it was fresh and high quality. (I know from experience that I used every taste conventionally for fillings in pan dulce, though. in real panaderia style. they take a tablet and a series of zangen, and they themselves serve. the nice person at the desk wraps her baked and takes her payment. I look google maps for a comfortable hiking trail, so I can justify going here more often.
