Kfc - New Haven

The service was terrible. The staff member kept eating instead of attending to the counter, and I could see her in the drive-thru—so unprofessional. The prices were also too high for what you get. To top it off, a fly flew into my nose while I was trying to enjoy my meal. I felt uncomfortable with other employees staring at me while I was eating. I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

The chicken is always excellent. I really miss the green beans; I would prefer them over the corn any day.

It's KFC, so it gets the job done. The staff is friendly and kind, and the location is very clean.

KFC always had good chicken I've never had a bad case of Chicken KFC I was looking at the story of Dave Thomas of Wendy's owning a couple KFC's I thought it was a great history lesson

This KFC is clean, friendly and close by...I still am not comfortable eating inside so I order drive through...it's better than the nearby Popeyes but that's only these locations .I prefer Popeyes but our local one is not great. Food is great. But I willsay their non caffeinated options for drinks are limited...I hate sprite, the fruit punch is flavorless...I'd love to have aroot beer option
