Insomnia Cookies - New Haven

The cookie flavors are incredible! I tried the S’mores and Caramel ice cream, and they were amazing. I haven't been here in a few years, and I really wish there were locations closer to me.

I had a terrible experience at 2 o'clock. I ordered six cookies through Uber Eats, but I made sure to order from Insomnia's website, not the Uber Eats site. The cookies were disappointing, only a 2 out of 5 at most. I’ve had better cookies at Wendy's. To make matters worse, the delivery driver was quite aggressive and rude, clearly annoyed that it took him a while to find my place. I would have confronted him if he didn’t tower over me at 6'5" and weigh around 300 lbs, looking like an ex-con. If you hide information about your Uber Eats drivers behind your own website, you should take responsibility for the drivers your customers receive.

I paid $40 for a delivery that included 6 cookies and a deluxe cookie with ice cream. I received the cookies, but the ice cream for the deluxe cookie was missing. The price was already high, and it feels even worse since they forgot part of my order, which was supposed to be at the reception.

The delivery is not worth it. Cookies were cold and incredibly expensive, but good. Delivery is now via a food delivery app that adds unnecessary costs to the consumer. I liked it better if she made delivery without Uber's involvement.

I’ve been put on warning, insomnia cookies are fire!!! The options and just the pure creativity of the deluxe cookies and brownies are special. It reminded me of the days at the mall with my mom as a child and being rewarded with a stop at mrs fields cookies afterwards. Super soft and flavorful! It comes in super clutch when leaving the bars on crown street.
