Firehouse 12 - New Haven

I absolutely adore this restaurant!! It's my favorite spot to go to. I love their Yuba dishes, especially the shawarma and BBQ sandwich. The fried tofu sandwich and impossible burger are also highly recommended (though be warned, the tofu sandwich can sometimes be too spicy when served with hot sauce mayo). I suggest this place to everyone. Right now, they are only doing take-out orders.

This is my favorite bar in New Haven, and also one of my top spots in town for vegan food. The menu is always changing, but you can always rely on several unique and tasty sandwiches and vegetable small plates. I visit several times a month and am never disappointed. The kitchen used to serve meat but now everything is vegan. Additionally, it's a great place to relax and have a drink with good music, atmosphere, and friendly people. The prices are incredibly affordable, especially during Friday happy hour when the entire food menu is half off. I highly recommend it.

Firehouse 12 is a fantastic recording studio! The staff are fantastic, energetic, welcoming, and supportive of all projects. The studio features top-of-the-line microphones and provides great acoustics. It is suitable for all genres of music, from classical to pop. This restaurant is top-notch! The equipment, lounges, and decor are all excellent. Greg DiCrosta is incredibly knowledgeable and puts in the effort to capture the best quality sounds. I highly recommend this place!

This venue is run by some of the top professionals in the industry, offering fantastic live jazz and improvised music that is among the best in all of New England. It's a wonderful spot!
