Convenient location in East Rock next to P&M market. There is very limited seating inside, but there is a lot of seating shared with the market.Be prepared to wait if you don't order ahead, their online ordering system is easy to use and I recommend doing that and then heading over if you don't have time to wait. Baristas are really friendly and both hot and iced options are great!! They always say hi even when I am picking up an online order.

While the quality is good, waiting 25 min for a coffee is ridiculous. Prioritize your waiting in person customers, or run 2 coffee stations. Sent out the wrong size too, but certainly didn’t try and correct it with that wait time.

The food and coffee are good and are of consistent quality, but the wait can be very long due to the number of online and in-store orders. The staff needs to process and prioritize the orders better, would recommend having 2 baristas at the same time.

The coffee was alright, but the eggs in the breakfast sandwiches were obviously pre-made, and the baked goods were pretty disappointing. Additionally, the chai came from a box, which was a letdown. Maybe it’s just me getting older, but I’ve grown less tolerant of pretentious attitudes lately.
