Pho Ever Noodles - NEW HARTFORD

Servers are very nice. We had a little bit of miscommunication with the order and they were very accommodating about it. I love going to this place whenever I want to eat the grilled pork and chicken. I wish I took photos of my fave food but what can I sayI was hungry. Haha definitely coming back!

I recently moved to the area and I'm so glad I discovered this restaurant! It's charming and cozy, and the pho is absolutely delicious. What else could you ask for? The flavors are vibrant, and everything is cooked to perfection. We tried the rare beef, seafood pho, and the vegetarian soup, and all of them were fantastic options. For starters, we had the incredibly fresh summer rolls (I've never had full-sized tofu before!), along with dumplings and spring rolls, which were all excellent choices. We definitely plan to return!

The broth was fantastic! The meat could be a bit more tender, and the portions could be larger, but overall, I'd definitely return.

Only stopped for drinks so far, but it was a struggle not to stay and eat because it smelled soooooo good! (Wish we had cause where we did go was terrible). Worth it just for the tea alone! Awesome atmosphere, love the layout.
