Burger King - New Glasgow

Looking at other reviews from the past six months, I see that many customers have experienced the same issues, all attributed to the same staff members. There was also loud music coming from the employees' phones, which likely contributed to the mix-ups with orders. This seems to be a management problem.

This Burger King is consistently disappointing. They often mess up my mobile orders, their soda is always flat, and they only serve coffee until 11 AM. Additionally, their fries tend to be overly salty. I wouldn’t recommend eating here; I suggest going to A instead.

The only music playing in the restaurant was from an employee's phone. The floor was always sticky, the garbage bins were overflowing, and there were piles of ketchup on some tables. There were only two clean tables in the entire establishment, and it was barely noon.

Food wasn't bad but the menu was confusing. Doesn't really specify all the meal combinations available. Server seemed unsure himself and also seemed to not know the station. Could have been a trainee but he was pleasant enough so he got marks for that.Not a bad quick takeout lunch.

Both my wife and I had upset stomachs after each the new Whopper melts. All I could taste for 24 hours was the strong white onions on the burger. Not a very good experience at BK.
