Tofflers Pub Grill - New Glarus

I know they were one of the few restaurants open on Monday (Columbus Day), but I was disappointed that there was no apology or even a "Thank you for your patience" given the slow service. Our server, Aleah K., had an attitude and seemed indifferent to how her customer service affected the restaurant's reputation. It was clear that she wasn't getting along with the only other server we noticed, and neither of them was helping the other. We waited over two hours from the moment our party of four finally sat down at a table.

Great pub with delicious food. I highly recommend stopping by!

The food was incredible! My server mistakenly served me the wrong alcoholic drink, but she didn't charge me for it.

Spinach artichoke dip is awesome. Although we ordered chicken tenders, the accidental cheese curds were hot and crispy on the outside. Service was good except for the mix-up.

Josh was our waiter, you have to ask for him!! Unreal service...no kidding. The guy is just great at his job; prompt, courteous, there but not present . Menu drink selection is solid and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Jerked Chicken wrap?! It was so good we almost ordered more to go. Very happy we stopped in, will definitely be back. Josh, you rock!
