Mcdonalds - New Forest

Every time we order from here the order is incorrect (online and drive through) The drive through always takes forever and when you finally get to the collection window the staff are just chatting away to each other and they still get the order wrong. I’ll not be using the Totton one anymore!

We visited this restaurant seeking top-notch food and breathtaking views. We had a satisfying meal of chicken, chips, and Fanta, and were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary McFlurry. The manager made sure we had enjoyed our dining experience, which we certainly did. Overall, it was a memorable day.

Yet again they have put up their prices, its not expensive but no longer offers great value, and the online app charges more than double fir the wrap of the day. We shall visit less. Upsetting. Chicken nuggets have now gone up three times since the spring.

Went in today awful speaker can't hear what they are saying when ordering through drive through. Order was incorrect on screen so i told them to correct it as they did. The food came out we got home and it was wrong. Not what we ordered didn't eat it. Put it in the bin and got back in the car to go find somewhere better. Will not be returning

It was a cooler day and I was craving some hot food, which McDonald's offered at a great price. The food tasted good as well.
