Lepe Beach Cafe - New Forest

My family and I waited in line for 30 minutes on New Year's Day, only to be rudely shouted at by a woman when we finally reached the front of the queue. "We are closed now, goodbye," she said. The service was absolutely terrible, especially considering the early closing time. Who can I file a complaint with?

Haven't even for a while mainly because they stopped serving cream with coffee.. Anyway friendly waiter wiping tables but our table top looked horrid (number was very badly stained with coffee /tea rings etc It had been wiped down but definitely needs some bleach...and/or scrubbing!! Soup was very tasty though.

Breakfast with quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Staff pleasant the place scrupulously clean. Dog friendly too a good find after a long journey.

Decided to walk the Lepe loop today, a mile circular way marked walk from the beach car park. Called into the lookout for coffee and cake before setting off, then back for lunch after. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. The service...was prompt and the cafe was very clean, tables and chairs being thoroughly wiped down after use. We enjoyed the coffee and cake, our lunch of goats cheese tart was perfect. We couldn’t have had a nicer time.

I recently visited this restaurant for a coffee and was shocked by the rude behavior of the staff. I will not be returning. The service was disorganized and confusing, leaving customers unsure of what to do. When mistakes were made, the staff yelled at customers instead of providing proper guidance. The younger members of the team need to improve their manners, and all staff should be considerate of older customers who may have trouble hearing.
