Subway - New Delhi

A small place in a congested terminal that has good ambience and serves decent food. No fancy !!

Decent lounge. Food was ok. A bit crowded when I walked in around 7 pm and only emptied at 10pm when the staff were ready to close.

The food menu is poor. The options are less... and the worst is coffee and tea. It tastes really bad. The place is neat and clean. You can rest, charge, eat, and use the toilets. Safe as well to keep your luggages

I had visited this plaza premium ENCALM LOUNGE at terminal 1 D of Indira Gandhi International Airport. It's located on the Mezanine floor of the airport. It gives a very nice Panoramic view of the airport. HDFC regalia Master credit card is accepted here. The staff on the entry counter is very helping, as there were lot many people in Waiting but they accomodated them very nicely within very short time. I reached around 5.00 pm. Menu was limited and taste was ok. They had a live counter. Paubhaji was there. Taste was ok. Another counter of Bhel was there but no one was there to serve, a beat of chaos. Sprite, fanta, Pepsi cans were available freely Nd chilled. Need some change in taste and menu. Rest very good

1. Encalm lounge is a similar complimentary lounge like Plaza lounge at other terminals 2. Situated at first floor 3. Inside terminal 1D 4. Lift or staircase to first floor 5. Entry through cards like Coral Visa or Mastercard. 6. Dont be surprised, you might have more than one cards valid for entry. 7. Some cards you need to pay Rs2 else its free. 8. Serves hot meals all the time. 9. Has ample sitting inside the lounge including sofas, tables, dining tables, high chairs. 10. Has a live counter for Dosa and Eggs 11. Serves both veg and non veg meals 12. On demand canned juices and softdrinks are also available. 13. wifi and charging points available. 14. Clean good bathrooms for you to freshen up or clean up. 15. Newspapers from around 10 plus publications available complimentary 16. Basically everything inside the lounge is complimentary. 17. Had a fantabulous break there.
