At first it was a bit confusing/satisfied to order with this drive-thru, because we were drawn to the first speaker and greeted by an automated voice who asked if we were to use their app. I answered no and tried to order only to find out that nobody listened to me. So we moved to the next speaker and I got the exact same shot. But this time shortly after, a person actually spoke. Besides this confusion, the rest of the experience was great. It was fast and the food was really nice and hot.
So I know that this Mcdonald's reputation is not the best, but since they have been under new management recently, they are very respectful, and the food is perfect. Hurry, too. Stand up! love the new and improved mcdonalds.
It took me 30 minutes to receive my food, and when it finally arrived, I discovered that they had forgotten to put the patty on my burger. The overall customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.
The food at this restaurant is consistently served cold and not fresh. I requested fresh fries but they forgot about me even after pulling into the designated slot. After speaking to the manager, I still received cold fries. Eventually, I received hot fries along with some free pies that I did not want. It took approximately 37 minutes to receive the French fries I ordered for my nephews. This level of service is not acceptable, especially when paying nearly $10 for a small milkshake and a large French fry. Additionally, they were still out of BBQ sauce.
The service at this fast food restaurant was absolutely terrible. In the past year, the quality has declined significantly. The cashier was unfriendly and gave off a disrespectful vibe. The self-service machines didn't have any paper for receipts, so it was confusing to know which order was whose. I pressed the "NEED HELP" button on the machine, but no one came to assist me. When I had to go back in to place another order, I didn't receive my soda cup. I had to wait an extra twelve minutes just to get it. Despite the fact that my orders were often incorrect in the past, the service was usually good and the staff was friendly. This time, however, the experience was awful. I will not be returning to this McDonald's anytime soon due to the poor customer service. I don't mean to sound rude or arrogant, but I feel it's important to share my honest opinion.
