Creno's Pizza - New Concord

Favorite Columbus-style pizza place! Friendly staff and the pizza and calzones are excellent!

I have only been here twice, but both times had great customer service and food arrived quickly..will definitely be back!!

Ordered my food at 410 for delivery . Called at 510 to see where the delivery was and was told that it was out for delivery. Over 20 minutes later the food arrived. There was a storm that happened about 5-10 minutes prior to the arrival, When the delivery driver arrived I said that I was not happy and he started smarting off about the storm that just happened and that he “wasn’t dealing with this.” If the food had been delivered in a timely manner, the storm wouldn’t have been an issue. He then rudely asked if I wanted the tip back. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful. We order from there often and tonight was the last time I will order if that is how they allow the delivery driver to speak to there customers.

Very rude and poor customer service. Delivery was almost 1 1/2 late and when told that upon delivery we were met with a very poor attitude and rudeness and 0 accountability. Very disappointed.

Ordered garlic cheese bread and had it delivered. Showed up cold and undercooked. Raising their prices along with having a high delivery fee, this is not worth it. Go someplace else.
