Bonanza - New Columbia

I was there at 12:15, most hot dishes were empty. What was there was dried, clear residues. I used to eat in Bonanza, not anymore. For the hour I was there, only two fresh hot dishes were brought out. The rest was empty for my visit. No one who came out of the kitchen was interested in filling the hot dining bar. Inacceptable. Teresa and Shannon, the waitress, were the only good thing to eat there. I'm not back long.

Well, I must say my visit was very good all on the breakfast buffet was all hot and fresh the food was delicious. And the service was excellent the server that ran the floor, ensuring that every customer took care of all the time when I was there, I was very impressed. I'll go back to breakfast.

This place has been here since I was a child, and I've probably eaten here a hundred times in my life. At a time it was reasonable for reasonable quality food. Your average buffet. Unfortunately, the prices have increased over the years, although slightly, while the quality has declined with many other places. That said they have at least provided options that are worth stopping in podunk New Columbia: for example a few extra dollars to add the entire food bar to your entree. Now it will cost you more $5.50 to medium quality food to the duck for which you already pay. The salad bar was previously affordable, but now cannot be bought separately and instead you need to buy the full food bar to get your hands on the slightly dried broccoli. My nostalgia and visits to this institution finally come to a conclusion. On my last visit I left the menu board without buying for the first time in my life. With the much better possibilities in the area, it is simply not worth it anymore.

I'm going to a good steak. I never had one I didn't like, and only a few I didn't love and at a reasonable price too. Great buffet, also some really great employees. Very recommended.

Buffet was sparse. This dish, whatever it?s supposed to be, was never filled. Other dishes included liver and onions, bbq chicken legs and thighs, Swedish meatballs and stuffed peppers. Mediocre, poor choices. Items not refilled. And it was freezing in there. I can?t stand freezing through a meal.
