New City Sushi

This restaurant has really declined. It used to be good before COVID, but now the fish tastes old and the overall ingredient quality is poor. The rolls are mostly rice, whereas they used to be generous with the fish. It's disappointing to see how much the quality has dropped. I've tried dining here several times over the past year, and each experience has been the same. I cannot recommend it.

The sushi here is incredibly fresh and spot on! The service is super quick, and the owner always treats me to samples of new experimental rolls while I wait.
