SALT Kitchen and Bar - New Castle

Our dining experience on the first evening at the resort was fantastic. Our waiter, Chris D, was exceptional. He recommended drinks and specific types of bourbon to my husband, and perfectly timed the arrival of our appetizers and entrees. Chris truly made our evening special with his professionalism and politeness. He is a valuable asset to the restaurant and when we return, we will definitely request him again!

The food, service, and experience was perfect. Our waiter, I believe his name was Gabe, was professional, quick, and friendly. We will definitely be making our way back often.

First class all the way around. Elegant restaurant with very attentive servers. Service def a cut above. Food prepared perfectly. Steak salad woth flat iron was great. Wife's lobster Cobb excellent and plenty of lobster. Homemade avo vinegarette was delish. Used it as a dip with the extra pita triangles from Babaganoush starter, which was amazing.

First time we have been to Salt and the atmosphere was delightful. Also the attention was exceptional, especially from our server Virginia. We would definitely recommend it to anyone for your must special occasions.
