Wingstop - New Castle County

Got 10 piece lemon pepper. Food was amazing service was quick.

If I could give this place 0 stars , I would!..I ordered lemon pepper and garlic parm wings, fries and a drink. I was the only customer in the store..it was like 7 employees working. I paid for my order, got my cup, I go fill cup with ice and soda, put on lid and grab straw and the girl immediately brings a bag out sealed, im thinking it can't be mine I just placed order and paid...very suspect..It was mine..I leave out thinking how is my food done this fast..I drive home took less than 10 mins..open my food and find the most dry hardest greasy wings ever, the wings were floating in a 1/4 cup of oil. Absolutely disgusting ? ?, I will never go back there again...I was tired and didn't feel like wrapping everything back up and returning it..how dare they serve someone food like that when I literally was the only customer, just lazy and trifling.

BEST BEST BESSTTTT, 10 10 GOING HERE AGAIN! The worker that was there was so nice!! And I got my food quick and easily. Food was DELICIOUS!!! If I was Gordon Ramsay I'd let you cook in my kitchen for sure!Kid-friendliness: Inside was cute decorations that kids would love to see for Halloween! I will eat in next time with my kid!

Service wasn't very friendly, long wait time, mixed up the order.

I constantly have issues with this location and it's ALWAYS the girls working in the front. I will place my order and go 10-15 mins after the estimated wait time to ensure my food will be ready. When I go into pick up my order they always seem to overlook my order and tell me it isn't ready, meanwhile, it sits on the shelf getting cold every time.Tonight a blonde with short hair didn't hear me stating I was there to pick up an order, instead she tried to take my order. I told her my name for the order and she said it wasn't ready. I went back in after a couple of minutes to let her know it had been over 30 mins since I placed my order, which was just 15 wings. She continued to tell me it wasn't ready. The person actually making the food overheard my name and had to tell her it was on the shelf. I'm assuming she couldn't hear anything because she had her AirPod in. Don't have them in if you don't have the capability to multitask.
