Przekaż informację zwrotnąI've always loved Moe's. Years ago when I first started going, it was staffed more like a Chik Fila. Enough people were working, and you'd get your food hot and fresh. The drinks, salsa's, and condiments would be stocked. The dining area would be clean. Moe's put a lot into remodeling their stores and changing their menus, and didn't invest in labor. Now I go in and 2 people are working out front and struggling to keep up. It is like this at every Moe's now, although way worse at other ones. You know why there are lines around the parking lot and out to the highway at the chic fila drive through and the dining room is always packed? You get your food quickly, and everything is clean and stocked because they are fully staffed. I wish these fast food corporations would stop being penny wise and dollar foolish about labor costs. I am afraid I have to be done with Moe's after falling in love with it all of those years ago. Since COVID it has been so disappointing. I just cannot justify spending this much money for the aggravation of not being able to fill my soda or find a clean place to sit and eat.Vegetarian options: The last time I visited, they had no tofu cooked, so I skipped it. I like to get vegetarian burritos because fast food meat products can be hit or miss.
I stopped coming here more than a year ago because the service was depressing. Idk if they got a new manager or a pay raise, maybe both, but the service was fantastic! The inside is cute and the food is what you'd expect from Moe's. I will definitely stop in more often now that the service has improved.Vegetarian options: They have tofu as a protein, and it's tasty. All the toppings are vegetarian so you can make many combinations.
Not the best place to go better off going to El Diablo poor workers food not the best and the skimp you on the food I had to disgard my food the lady started to put the lady in front of me stuff on my food so end result my food had juices from the lady befor me food bad place to go el Diablo would of remade it for there customers poor customer service
Cold, dried out foo. They were out of steak and out of pinto beans. Condiment station was messy. Overall a bad experience.
Never ordering here again. They're app is never in sync with product they're out of. You drive over there and that's when you're told they don't have what you ordered. How can a taco place run out of ground beef???
