Mcdonald's - New Caney

Today was quite an experience for Super Bowl Sunday! I got 40 chicken nuggets for only $13.99, along with two large fries. Plus, using the mobile app, I received $3.00 off my order of $15.00 or more, so I added a large sweet tea and a simple hamburger. My total came to just $14.05, tax included! The service was quick, and the food was hot! My only complaint is that they packaged everything together instead of asking if I wanted a larger bag. It would have been nice for them to grab it themselves before driving away. Other than that, everything was great!

The only time I ever visit McDonald's is for their coffee, which I absolutely love. If I have my dog with me and he has his jacket on, I always treat him to a cheeseburger because he enjoys it so much, thanks to McDonald's!

This McDonald's is the best in the area. The food is always fresh and prepared to order, rather than sitting in a warmer.

Morning shift. Lines are long, but they move well. I'm often here. When the adults work, everything is fine. Once you see an 11th grader, DRIVE AWAY!

Placed an app order. This location seems not to know how to handle app orders as they have to find someone to find the order each time. On this occasion the food was poorly prepared. The fish sandwich I ged to my dogs. It did not have the lettuce tomato and onion as ordered. A dab of sauce, a half piece of cheese and the fish didn't appear done but was soggy. The french fries were 50/50 fresh and stale. Then after eating half my fries I was further disappointed with my shake. No cherry, very little whipped topping but the chocolate was good. It's such a shame that folks have no regard for the customers to put this sloppy prepared food in a bag and hand it to someone after they paid hard earned money for it. I've been to this restaurant and received good food but it's not consistent.
