I live near the restaurant and wanted to try for years. It's a very small restaurant I made reservations. You have outside seats....
We have eaten here many times over the years and I will finally give a review. We started with the coconut shrimps and shells on the half shell. Both were grandiose and the shells were really fresh with some big strong horseradish. Next we had the spicy buffalo Scallop Salat, something I enjoyed here since I had it over 15 years ago. The only knock was that it was slightly dressed over with the Balsamico Dressing. The scallops were perfectly cooked and delicious. For dinner, yes we ordered what we tend here, we had the filled scallops with a lobster Risotto and the Scottish salmon. The salmon was perfectly boiled, moist and crumble with a crispy potato crust. The scallops were perfectly cooked and the risotto was absolutely delicious. Yes, we had leftovers to take home, but we can't help with the order here. There is a reason why we have been cartridges for years, the food is not only fresh but perfectly cooked. The service was great and we had no problems at all. We'll go on.
I had the great opportunity to dine over the country in my life and very happy to experience great restaurants and restaurants. When reviewing Blue Water Seafood, I am reviewing the board 5 stars! The ambience is great for a business occasion, a few nights or at any time in the mood for a great meal! I had the pleasure to eat there last week; King crab legs delicious; Hummer Bisque Spot on and the surf n Turf was cooked for perfection. Very recommended for everyone how to go to place in a wonderful culinary experience!
Blue Water is an in-house restaurant with chaotic laughter and offers family landscapes. The restaurant seems in a house-limited seating and space! All the staff I met in the past 4-5 experiences were excellent and pleasant; constantly ready to support and pamper the customer. But the food is the main concern here. Our Appetizer is the Honey Soy Calamari, a MUSS!! It is naturally sweet, with crispy fresh Calamari, paired with a pink/pure vinegarian diving sauce (acid and sweet = Savory). The combination is a slam for our ducks with landing with surfing and turf and swordfish. Surfing and lawn boiled to perfectionized, lobster broiled, keep the sweetness of the meat intact. The fillet was as usual, medium rare with Drizzles of sweet Teriyaki? Not too safe, but perfect. They were paired with asparagus and potatoes. The only drawback of this meal was the asparagus, soggy and mushy. The swordfish, as mentioned by my friend, “completely seasoned (black) and cooked. Consistently light, fresh and fluffy. Vegetables consisted of crushed zucchini and carrots and crispy well seasoned potatoes.” Dinner came to $105. BYOB. Blue water still needs to fail!
