Royal Pizza House - New Britain

Ordered for delivery and the pizza was burnt and old couldn’t even chew the cheese. Will never order from this place again.

One of the best pizza’s in Hartford County, pizza was great and very tasty …. Actually better than Pepe’s … we all says that Pepe’s have the good pizzas but this is by far the best pizza I have eaten after a long time. Very friendly staff and clean restaurant. I don’t think I will ever try any other pizza ever.Vegetarian options: You ask they will make it

Wheelchair accessibility: They are helpful and kind with walkers but it's not ideal.

I’m going to report them to better business bureaus they are rude the hang up on you what really got me was after the call. I had another 15$ taken out of my account so I called them and he said if I call he’ll keep taking 15$ out for each call. They keep your cards on file. This place needs to be shut down!!!!

Found this fly in my salad so I doubt they clean their vegetables
