Royal Pizza House - New Britain

I had a terrible experience at Royal Pizza House in New Britain, CT. I used to enjoy their pizza for delivery, but my recent order was a disaster. It took 1.5 hours for my meal to arrive, and I was charged extra for a substitution that I had agreed to. When my order finally arrived, the ham wrap tasted disgusting, as if it had been sitting out for too long. This experience has convinced me to advise against eating at Royal Pizza House in New Britain, CT, and especially against ordering from them.

I've been coming there since I was 7 ... I'm in my 30s and moved to FL. Still my favorite place to eat in CT. Whenever I fly to CT I stop here.

The salads at this restaurant are fantastic! We tried the Grilled Chicken Caesar and the Greek Salad, both of which were delicious. The dressing was generously portioned on the side. We ordered through Postmates and everything was accurate. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

I have been enjoying this pizza since 1995 and it is consistently great.

Good food they don’t care about special requests so if you need sauce on the side or whatever don’t bother they will get it wrong . The pizza is great and the wings are better so just order as is lol
